Another?Maybe! Posted May 8, 2004 Report Posted May 8, 2004 I notice several of you regular members refer to a 'TIS disc' I assume this is similar to old workshop manuals but now on CD-ROM. Where do you get one from (somewhere in FoMoCo?) and how much do they cost? Are they available to anyone and run on a home computer... Windows XP? PeteR Quote
Ivor_E_Tower Posted May 8, 2004 Report Posted May 8, 2004 They are not an official Ford item available to members of the public. Are you from Yorkshire? Eee, Bay-gum we couldn't possibly give you a clue where to look for one, but they do run on a home PC under XP! Quote

MrT Posted May 10, 2004 Report Posted May 10, 2004 Copyright and Ford have started getting shirty. See Copyright Material and I have just received an email from Ebay advising me not to bid on Ford material. Quote
johnb80 Posted May 10, 2004 Report Posted May 10, 2004 If Ford had the decency to make required information available at sensible prices a) They'd make more money, :( They'd have happier customers and c) People would be more impressed with the Galaxy's because they can understand and maintain them better. Ford would do well to look at Range Rover's etc where full workshop manuals etc are available. Regards - JB Quote
